SUPPORT CHANNELS
Customers can contact us through WhatsApp or phone call only.
We do not provide support through personal messages or third-party platforms.
SUPPORT HOURS
Customer support is available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. Mondays closed.
ORDER-RELATED SUPPORT
For any order-related queries such as order status, shipping updates, or delivery information, customers must provide their order number while contacting support.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT SUPPORT
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Without an unboxing video, support requests will not be accepted.
NON-SUPPORTED REQUESTS
We do not provide support for:
• Order cancellation after confirmation
• Return, exchange or refund requests
• Product usage after delivery
• Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
RESPONSE TIME
We aim to respond to all customer queries within 24–48 working hours.
