All products sold on our website are premium imitation jewellery.

Product images are for reference purposes only.

Slight variations in colour, design or finish may occur due to lighting, photography or screen resolution.

Minor design variations are possible as some products are handcrafted.


PAYMENT POLICY

We accept prepaid orders only.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may take 5–10 working days depending on your location.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once the order is shipped.


RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

All sales are final due to hygiene and quality reasons.


DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear unboxing video from sealed package opening is mandatory.

Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

After successful payment, orders are processed immediately.

Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat and chemicals.

Clean with a soft dry cloth after use.

Store in a jewellery box to maintain shine and durability.
