At Angel Jewellery, all our products are premium imitation jewellery.

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear and complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening) is mandatory.

Without an unboxing video, no complaint will be accepted.

Once the issue is verified, a replacement may be considered at our sole discretion. No cash refund will be provided.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

After successful payment, orders are processed immediately.
